As a Senior Project Manager, Diversity and Inclusion Data Analytics, you will turn data into actionable Diversity, Equity and Inclusion insights and present data using PowerPoint presentations with graphs relevant to the audience.The ideal future caregiver is someone who:

Has deep critical and analytical thinking skills

Has excellent written and verbal communication skills (presentation skills)

Has advanced/expert level PowerPoint skills

Responsible for collecting and analyzing data to provide valuable insights.

Manage databases, including DE&I Dashboard troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance-partner with HRIS teams

Generate reports and present findings to aid decision-making.

Specialized tasks include data visualization, (relevant to different audiences) statistical analysis, and predictive modeling

Key skills include technical proficiency, analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration.

Produce accessible graphs, charts, tables and meaningful and relevant reports and presentations.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

Master's degree preferred.

Certifications:

Project Management Certification (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or Certificate in Project Management from an accredited college is preferred.

Complexity of Work:

Demonstrated ability to teach and coach less experienced team members in project management methodologies and tools.

Effective relationship building skills are required.

Demonstrated ability to think critically and analyze data to convert into relevant and actionable DE&I Insights

Work Experience:

Minimum of seven years of experience in DEI data analytics and research.

Offset: Master's degree and six years of experience.

Experience with Tableau, SAS, and pulling raw data from HRIS systems strongly preferred

Experience with AI data analytics preferred

Physical Requirements:

Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.

May require periods of sitting, standing and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the health system to attend meetings.

Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.

Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment.

Pay RangeMinimum hourly: $48.99Maximum hourly: $74.71The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
