We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to join our team for full-time night shifts in Beachwood, United States. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout the facility.Supervise and lead a team of janitorial staff during night shiftsDevelop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and proceduresEnsure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and suppliesConduct regular inspections to maintain quality standardsTrain new employees on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policiesManage inventory and order supplies as neededAddress and resolve any issues or concerns raised by staff or clientsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsPrepare and submit reports on cleaning operations and team performanceCollaborate with other departments to meet facility cleanliness goals Hours are M-F 5pm-1am  must be flexible to work some weekends as needed.
