HR Recruiter

Description We are seeking an bilingual HR Recruiter to join our team. This role involves supporting processes around candidate sourcing, application tracking, and screening. The position is based in Beachwood, Ohio, and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. Responsibilities include: Sourcing candidates using both company and external resume databases Managing lead and application tracking systems Assisting with application screening as required Conducting brief phone screenings with potential candidates Ensuring candidates are directed to formally apply to job openings Collaborating closely with the hiring center manager, supervisors, and partner recruiters Capturing candidate information via phone while managing multiple screen computer applications. Required skills include full cycle recruiting, posting jobs, applicant screening, conducting phone screens, and proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce Platform.Requirements Demonstrated experience in Full Cycle Recruiting Proficient in Posting Jobs and managing Job Postings Familiarity with Salesforce Platform is a must Experience with Applicant Track System Proven skills in Applicant Screening and Resume Screening Prior experience in Recruitment - Sourcing Background in Corporate Recruiting Ability to Conduct Phone Screens effectively Must be able to conduct Background Checks Proficiency in MS Office tools Prior experience in a similar HR Recruiter role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team-oriented setting Strong decision-making skills and ability to use judgement in sensitive situations Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
