In this pivotal role, you will lead process enhancements, innovation through digitalization, and waste reduction across the HR function. Leveraging Lean/Six Sigma and Eaton’s Business System (EBS) tools, you will drive Eaton’s strategy and help foster a culture of continuous improvement.Their canvas extends beyond mere analysis; they actively shape the future by participating in Business Process Improvement (BPI) and Kaizen events. By aligning with best practices and standardizing business processes, they weave harmonized HR practices into Eaton’s fabric.But that’s not all—the Lead Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.CI Capability BuildingFueling the engine of continuous improvement, the Lead Analyst contributes to enhancing CI functional competency within HR. They collaborate with the corporate EBS team, embracing elements of the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF), Six Sigma, and Lean tools. Their mission? To drive operational excellence through learning, collaboration, and development of robust processes and standard work.Digitization and Technology SupportIn the digital age, the Lead Analyst pioneers automation within HR processes. They champion pilot programs, automating tasks and data flows. Reporting aligned with CI programs becomes their compass, guiding efficiency and productivity improvements. As an HRSD admin in ServiceNow, they deploy enhancements, ensuring global alignment and an exceptional user experience.Qualifications:Basic Qualifications Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution. Minimum 3 years of experience with process improvement and/or technology implementations. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications: Certification or Training in Lean/ Six Sigma disciplines Understanding and working knowledge of ServiceNow, HRMS, SuccessFactors and other key HR support processes and systems.
