Performing G-Code programming to run CNC machines.-Setting up and operating units.-Blueprints and process sheets to determine the correct settings for units. Perform scheduled maintenance and Machine Cleaning.-Generally, work with engineers to establish proper manufacturing methods. Inspect finished work pieces to ensure tolerances.-As well as monitoring machines during production runs to adjust machine controls and prevent errors.-Always be safety conscious. Operate two or more machines.-Machines run at moderate and proper speed.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesThe skills to run CAD, CAM, software applications are helpful. Mathematical skills & Communication skills for CNC/EDMMC.
