Description:
Repairs, maintains and troubleshoots machinery (CNC repairs)
Performing mechanical and electrical repairs
Motors, pneumatic systems, conveyor systems, hydraulic systems, water systems, production machines and equipment
Disassembles machines to remove defective parts using hoists, hand tools, power tools, and cranes
Replacing pumps, motors, chains, drives
PLC's and DC (no AC)
Read blueprints and schematics to specifications
Maintains personal safety equipment
Completes required PM’s and associated paperwork (CMMS System)
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 3-5 years of electrical and mechanical
Electrical - 110v, 240v, 480v, 3 phase, AC, troubleshooting PLC's and hydraulic components - highly automated facility with mostly robotic and CNC machines
Mechanical - Bearings, pneumatics
Measuring Tools (tight tolerances on ball screws)
Blueprints and schematic reading
