Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external meeting schedules, managing calendars, arranging travel, and handling office organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting executive offices and interfacing with employees at all levels.Job Specifications:

Job Type: Full-time

Location: 650 Miller Rd Avon Lake OH 44012

Pay Rate: $15.50-18.50/hr

Shift: 1st shift Mon-Fri 40/hrs week

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal and external meeting itineraries, schedules, and calendars, resolving conflicts in a timely manner.

Schedule meetings and set up audio and WebEx technologies.

Arrange travel, including visa/passport requirements, and manage Travel Expense Reports.

Maintain office organization, including filing systems, mail management, and email correspondence.

Handle department correspondence, respond to letters and emails, and prepare executive documents.

Provide high-quality word processing and document editing.

Represent the office professionally on phone, email, and in person.

Interface effectively with employees at all levels, including senior leadership and external associates.

Anticipate issues and concerns, follow up on assignments, and request information as needed.

Ensure consistent high-quality and effective delivery of all day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

5-7 years of related work experience as an Administrative Assistant, including interfacing with executive offices.

Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment.

Proactive in resolving issues and concerns.

Proficient in Microsoft software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and internet usage.
