Description: 1 Open Clean Room Technician2nd shift - 3pm-11pmPay rate: $21/ hr MUST train 1st shift – 1-2 Weeks Contract to hire: 480 hoursTypical day:3pm-11:30pm (Monday- Friday) Will be in a clean room Will be packaging powders into bags and buckets Will assist in warehouse Will be lifting 60 lbs Will label pails and bring them into the prep room Wil perform documentation Will drive a forklift to bring product to and from the clean room Will be working with powders and liquids Will be mixing and following batch tickets will perform heavy documentation by hand Will be required to shave facial hair if they are wearing a face mask that is PPE approved Candidate will be performing down packing of raw powder materials that are used in the pharma industry Will be wearing a paper suit in clean room environment at times Will be weighing materials and measuring materials Will be cross trained and working in warehouse and helping wherever needed Will operate filling machine in clean room environment Will be organizing work area and stocking products Will work within ISO 900:2015 quality standard guidelines Will complete sign-off- ERP’s for reach operation completed during down packing Will be on their feet for entire shift bending twisting and liftingSkills:chemical handler, cleanroom, batch mixerTop Skills Details:chemical handler,cleanroom,batch mixerAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
Must have HS diploma / GED
Must have steel toe boots
Must have 1 year of experience working with chemicals or foods
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must have experience reading batch tickets
Must be open to wearing a ventilated hood at times
Must have experience driving forklift
