Assist Maintenance Director with routine maintenance, inspection of premises and equipment
Perform preventative maintenance
Handle basic repairs and maintenance
Perform daily ground-keeping tasks (mowing, trash removal, organization of area)
General plumbing upkeep
Painting buildings, rooms, and other structures as needed
Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary
General knowledge of hand tools and outdoor equipment (weed eater, mower, etc) necessary
