Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for outstanding service. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products/services in a friendly and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

2. Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution.

3. Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and delivery.

4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

9. Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

2. Proven experience in a customer service role.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.

6. Familiarity with CRM systems and support software.

7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
