Offroad Exteriors is growing, and we are currently looking to add a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to our dynamic office team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our valued homeowners and homebuilders, specifically regarding service and warranty-related inquiries. You will play an important part in ensuring our customers receive timely and professional support, while also assisting with a range of administrative duties that are essential to the smooth daily operations of our office. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support across departments, working collaboratively as part of a team, assisting with data entry, responding promptly to customer emails within our service and warranty division, scheduling appointments, and coordinating service calls efficiently. As the first point of contact for many customers, your communication skills, positive attitude, and friendly demeanor will be vital in maintaining the excellent reputation that Offroad Exteriors has built over the years.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of a Grade 12 education, a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, and although not required, familiarity with Sage 50 Accounting software will be considered a valuable asset. We are seeking someone who exhibits excellent communication skills, a positive and upbeat attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Attention to detail, the ability to multitask, prioritize multiple demands, and strong organizational and time management skills are essential to succeed in this role.
