Description We are in search of a Medical Receptionist to join our team situated in AMELIA, Ohio. This role involves managing the front desk operations in a healthcare setting, facilitating effective patient communication, and handling administrative tasks diligently. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Respond to incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring patient inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. Oversee the check-in process for patients arriving for appointments, ensuring a seamless and positive patient experience. Carry out data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy, updating patient records as required. Manage mail processing, ensuring all incoming and outgoing mail is handled in a timely and organized manner. Provide assistance with billing functions to ensure accurate and timely billing processes. Contribute to the creation of charts and graphs to represent patient data and trends. Perform consistent check-ins with patients to maintain a high level of customer service. Use your skills in answering inbound calls to address patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information.
