- Own tools (or willingness to acquire them)
- Transportation: A full-sized truck or trailer to transport tools and materials
- Attention to Detail: Quality work is our priority
- Ability to Multi-Task and handle various types of repair and maintenance work
- Dependability: Show up on time, complete tasks efficiently
- Strong Communication Skills: Be able to follow and give both written and verbal instructions
