Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Pipefitter for a quick start in Medina, OH for an industrial site!
PAY: $26-$30hour (based on experience)
HOURS: Shifts will be 8.5 hours starting at 7am
SCHEDULE: Work will be Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hours/week
START DATE: 4/21

Pipefitter Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced industrial pipefitter for a project in Medina, OH!
Description:
Install industrial piping systems such as welded pipe and copper cast piping
Working with 1"-14" piping for gas, air, water, and other industrial fluids
Possess working knowledge of blueprints and submittals, as well as sequencing aspects of installation of all piping, including
penetrations, threading, etc
Fabricate pipe supports.
Work independently and solve small problem situations that occur during normal coordination with other trades.
Repair, cap, and test all types of plumbing piping.
Troubleshoot issues as they arise.
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications for Pipefitter
Minimum 3 years pipefitter experience
Knowledge of pipefitter equipment including pipe wrench. measuring tape, bender, channel locks
Must have knowledge of pipe fabrication methods
Knowledge of the different types of pipe, valves, fittings, as well as their function within the system
Willingness to guard your own personal safety and the safety of others
General knowledge of code requirements and limitations.
Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50
lbs. unassisted
Additional Requirements:
Must have PPE including work boots, hard hat, safety glasses, safety gloves and safety vest
Must have pipefitter hand tools
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
