Contractor with several flip properties seeks part time summer help.
10-15 hours a week, 40-60 hours/month. Flexible work schedule.
$15.00 - $20.00 / hour cash, weekly, depending upon experience.
Good opportunity for extra income along side you full time job.
Work includes; heavy lifting, ladder work, hardscape, softscape, general remodeling work.
Must have previous landscaping and basic construction experience.
Need someone who is easy going, hardworking, efficient and can take direction.
