WEEKLY PAY - CONTRACT JOB!
PAY: $24-$27/hour (based upon experience)
HOURS: Shifts will be 8-hour workdays, 5 days per week (40 hours/week)
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday; 7:00am – 3:30pm
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 1 month
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to assist with our project inside a manufacturing plant in Medina, OH. We are seeking a skilled electrician to bend, install and secure electrical conduit. Must be familiar with EMT, PVC, and Rigid.
Responsibilities:
Install and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
Bend, cut, and thread conduit.
Pull wire through conduit and terminate electrical panels, outlets, switches, and fixtures.
Inspect electrical systems and equipment for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
Use a variety of testing equipment to ensure the safety and proper operation of electrical systems.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate effectively with other contractors, project managers, and site personnel.
Qualifications:
Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
Must be able to measure and cut conduit to specs using a manual hydraulic bender to shape conduit.
Must be familiar with EMT, PVC, and Rigid.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation to and from job site.
Must possess own basic set of electrician's hand tools.
