Trucking company in Akron seeking diesel mechanics for 2nd & 3rd shifts. Qualified candidates will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on straight trucks, tractors, semi trailers and roll off trailers. Duties will include routine maintenance and repairs of engines, chassis, drive-line, hydraulic systems, brakes, A/C systems, tarper systems, suspension and electronic systems plus welding. ASE certification and class A CDL is a plus but not required. Must have own tools. Salary will depend on experience and qualifications.
