Growing NE Ohio Commercial Construction Contractor seeking experienced tradespeople for entry-level management positions.
Requirements:
-Minimum ten-years of full-time trades work with high skill and knowledge level in one specific trade.
-Ability to read blueprints.
-Management level communication skills with ability to interact General Contractors, Project Managers, Owners, etc.
-High level technology skills.
-High level of personal motivation.
-Valid driver's license
-Pre-employment drug screening
Compensation:
-Salary minimum $75k entry level and up for experienced Construction Managers.
-Paid Health, Dental, Vision Insurance.
-401k with company match.
-Paid time off after 90 days
-Incentive Bonuses.
