Person needed for apartment maintenance. Part time to full time position (25-40 hrs. a week). Starting at $23.00 but wage is negotiable depending on experience. Mileage also paid. 90-day probation period required. Must have own tools and own vehicle (preferably truck). No vacation time permitted from mid-July until mid-September.
