Great opportunity working with experienced residential real estate investor. Looking for independent contractor with 10+ years experience primarily for renovation of newly acquired properties plus repair and maintenance on existing properties, all primarily in the Akron area.
Must have general liability insurance if hired, valid driver's license, clean background, reliable truck or van, tools necessary for most maintenance and remodeling projects, personal references, and good communication skills. Only reliable individuals need apply.
Desired skills include:
- Demo/clean-outs
- Drywall repair/install/finishing
- Painting
- Basic plumbing such as fixing leaks/faucet & toilet install/hot water tank replacement
- Light electrical including switches/receptacles/ceiling fan install/light fixtures
- General carpentry/trim work/hanging doors/vanity installation/base/corner round
- LVT installation
- Repair windows
- Landscaping including planting & trimming bushes/mowing/leaf removal
- All other work related to property renovation and maintenance
- Installation of kitchens a plus
