Office Administrator:
Job Summary: As Office Administrator you will provide full secretarial and administrative support to the company, as required for the effective and efficient operation of our service. You will work under the direction of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator to prioritize day-to-day tasks that must be completed to ensure a flawless operation.
Overview:
Provide secretarial and administrative support, including typing, record keeping, filing, input, and maintenance of data information as required.
Preparation of files and documents.
Greet visitors in person and through answering phone calls.

Scanning and Printing of Documents
Collect and Send Mail
Schedule Site Inspections
TPA Oversite
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/ as Needed:
Ordering Office Supplies
Order Employee Apparel
Fleet Management
Schedule Meetings
o Take detailed meeting notes
Maintain Contact Lists
Property Background Checks
Insurance Requests
o Bonds
o COI’s
Updating internal lists and documents
Renewing Contractor Registrations
Monitor Company Email
On-Call Scheduling
IT Communications
TPA Updating
