Seeking experienced Handyman contractor for rental properties (Cuyahoga Falls/Stow).
Landscaping, drywall, painting, cleanouts, ceiling fans etc.
The ideal candidate must possess a general knowledge of basic home repair, plumbing, and replacement of lighting and appliances, with the ability to troubleshoot. We are looking for someone dependable and able to perform with little supervision. This position also requires emergency on-call.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Has a truck or van
Tools
No criminal history
Maintain self-employment status or maintenance company
Live within 15 minutes of Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, or Kent
Hours/Salary:
Hours may vary depending on daily needs
20-40 hours per week
Starting rate: $25.00, pay based on experience
