Seeking an experienced Cleaning person (1099) for rental properties (Cuyahoga Falls/Stow).

Rental turnovers, cleaning, outside bed maintenance a plus
We are looking for someone dependable and able to perform with little supervision.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Cleaning supplies
NO CRIMINAL HISTORY
Maintain self-employment status or maintenance company
Live within 15 minutes of Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, or Kent
Hours/Salary:
Hours may vary depending on daily needs
20-40 hours per week
Starting rate: $20.00+
