Facility Care Taker

We are hiring for a full time (40 hours a week)care taker person for our self-storage facilities in Norton & Canton Ohio. This job will require cleaning units, painting, door repairs, mowing using zero turn mower, using weed eater, simple electrical, cleaning gutters, shoveling snow, basic property maintenance stuff. The hours are Monday thru Friday 9 am to 5 pm. You must have a valid drivers license, a dependable vehicle with the ability to travel from site to site, be able to pass back ground check & drug test.
