Job description:
We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to carry out cleaning duties.: From $210.00 per week. The goal is to keep our customer's buildings in a clean and orderly condition. We pay a flat rate per clean.The ideal candidate will excel at working independently, being able to self monitor, following instructions without a supervisor on site and be receptive to correction or guidance. There is the ability to have multiple contracts. Our work is completed between the hours of 2am to 8:30am. Each contract takes approximately 2 hours to complete. For the right candidate this position can lead to advancement in the company.

Responsibilities:
Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
Perform and document routine inspection of cleanliness
Carry out light to heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repair
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
Proven working experience as a janitor
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery preferred but not required
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
Integrity and ability to work independently
Reliable transportation
