We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team. A Laborer is responsible for performing various tasks to help aid in daily operations at a construction site. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of concrete projects. An ideal candidate is physically fit, has a strong work ethic, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Individuals with experience are preferred, but we are willing to do on-the-job training.
Duties
Loading and unloading tools and materials
Operate skid steer
Operate dump truck
Help with the set up, and pour concrete projects
Skills and Qualifications
Able to stand / walk up to 10 hours per shift
Able to learn on the job and follow directions
Strong attention to detail and safety
Background in construction is preferred
Experience in concrete construction is preferred
Requirements
A valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation to and from the company shop / job site
Must be able to pass a drug screening
Ability to work 50+ hours per week, Monday- Friday
Benefits
Pay is based on experience
Starting rate $18-25 / hour
