This is a live-in position only
Currently seeking a cleaning person for multiple motel locations in the Richfield/Bath area. Starting out Part-Time Approximately 20 hours per week and possible Full-Time in the future. The amount of hours will depend greatly on your various skills and abilities. Additional preferred skills would include such things as computer, painting, remodeling assistant, landscaping etc. Days of the week and hours to be discussed but must be available to work between 10AM-4PM Mon-Sat. Housing allowance to be negotiated.
Duties would include but not limited to:
Cleaning stoves, refrigerators, kitchens, bathrooms, carpets, floors, laundry, trash removal, furniture moving, wall and ceiling washing, sweeping and snow shoveling exterior walkways, planting flowers etc Basically what ever needs done within your ability.
Applicants must have:
1. A valid drivers license, own transportation and insurance
2. Cleaning experience
3. Cell Phone
4. Good communication skills and phone etiquette
5 Ability to follow directions and work independently.
6. Ability to work with carpet cleaning equipment knowledge is a plus
7 Must speak fluent English.
8 Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
