We are seeking a positive, dependable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is familiar with all types of drinks, and will be responsible for preparing them as well as taking drink and food orders and serving customers. The Bartender will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, keeping the bar area tidy and clean, and safe. Must be felony free - we will conduct a background check.
Responsibilities:
Mix drinks.
Be friendly and courteous to customers.
Relieve bartender of other duties in case of illness or emergency.
Know federal and state liquor laws.
Track Inventory reordering.
Prepare the bar for closing.
Clean the bar at the end of the shift.
Short Order Cook experience a plus.
