You should have an efficient work ethic, a friendly and professional demeanor, and an appetite for work. Once onboarded you will be able to pick up other shift types as well! Banquet servers and bartenders are expected to be on their feet the entire shift, be able to lift up to 30lb occasionally and up to 15lb often.
