We are a small commercial landlord that needs help with bookkeeping. Knowledge of commercial realestate is a big plus but this is basic bookkeeping with Quick Books Online.
I do the billing to make it easy. You look at the deposits online and post those along with the purchases. A CPA does the taxes.
We are in the Akron Ohio area but this could be done from anyplace
Pay is hourly on a 1099.
