AECOM is seeking a Right of Way Agent to support the Transportation team in our Akron, OH office. As a Right of Way Agent, you will provide land acquisition services, per project guidelines and regulations throughout the right-of-way project lifecycle in support of the Project Manager (PM), or members of the project team. This includes preparing complex real estate documents, performing basic property research for ownership and boundary information, and communicating with property owners and their representatives for the acquisition of right of way. You will be responsible for performing general administrative work including but not limited to preparing legal documents, reports and correspondence, attending meetings, entering and retrieving computer data, copying and filing documents for file management, verbal and written communications with customers, customer service and related functions.Development and execution of significant transportation projects including roadway, street improvements, complete street, light rail, heavy rail subway, commuter rail, high-speed rail, bus rapid transit, aerial or underground project pursuits, and delivery.Contribute to in District and State DOT Real Estate Acquisition processes.Coordinate scope and real estate operations in relation to large Transportation projects.Attend and internal and external meetings and coordinate work execution with multiple departments.Title research and reporting.Provide Fair Market Value Estimates (FMVE) when needed, so understanding and communicating appraisals, policies and procedures.Demonstrated expertise in the area of managing and preparing transportation project teams.A desire to work with external contractors/consultants, AECOM’s other divisions/regions and interact directly with major clients.
