Sales Associate

StoneCrafters, Inc in Williston ND is looking to add a responsible sales associate at our shop in Williston who will provide a professional and positive experience for our customers. We are looking for a highly motivated,and dependable individual. Prior sales experience a must. We are needing to fill this ASAP. You MUST be available to work your shifts. No exceptions! This is approx. 35-40 hours per week.We are a countertop and Headstone (monument) company. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Selling of monument, Headstones, Countertops, signage, Backsplash, tile and flooring.Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and on your own.Excellent communicational and organizational skills; Ability to market productsDelivering sales, outstanding customer experience and operational expectationsInitiates completion of tasks without necessary supervisionMaintain a visually inspiring store ensuring sales floor and keep store clean and well maintainedThis sales position isMonday - Friday (9)10-5. This is an hourly position, starting at $18-20 DOE. There are no benefits but we do offer commission-based on sales.We would like to hire someone with marketing (online) knowledge as well as prior retail sales.
