Job Title: WelderJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will primarily perform MIG welding on agricultural and transportation products, with occasional TIG welding. Training for TIG welding will be provided if needed. The role involves working from blueprints, laying out products using jigs, fixtures, and clamps, and setting up and adjusting welding machines based on different metals and thicknesses. Most welds will be on 1/2" steel or smaller gauge.Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on agricultural and transportation products.
Occasionally perform TIG welding (training provided if needed).
Work from blueprints to layout products using jigs, fixtures, and clamps.
Set up and adjust welding machines based on metals and thicknesses.
Ensure welds are on 1/2" steel or smaller gauge.
Essential Skills
1+ year of MIG welding experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding drawings.
Proficiency in setting up and adjusting welding machines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with TIG welding (preferred but not required).
Attention to detail and precision in welding tasks.

Day shift hours are from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, and night shift hours are from 4:30 pm to 3:00 am, Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays. Weekend shift runs from Friday to Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm. All positions will train on the day shift for 3-6 weeks before transitioning to their respective shifts. Night shift includes a $2/hr pay differential, and weekend shift offers a 'work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours' bonus if all hours are worked.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of WEST FARGO, North Dakota.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
