In this critical role, you will:
Manage incoming service calls, scheduling, and dispatching Field Technicians to various locations.
Work with Service and Parts teams to coordinate logistics.
Address customer service inquiries and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Use field service software for service agreements, purchase orders, and work order management.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding and meeting their service needs.
Keep detailed service records and report on service metrics.
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to support customer relations and growth.

You are an organized, detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of customer service. Your skills in logistics and time management, coupled with your ability to work under pressure, make you an ideal candidate for this role.::: {align="center"}:::Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Field Service Support, Dispatch, or Customer Support.
Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
Proficient in scheduling, dispatching, and multitasking.
Experience with field service software and MS Office Applications.
Inventory management experience is a plus.
