JOB OVERVIEWThe Gelato Maker produces delicious gelato according to Eataly’ authentic Italian recipes. Reports to the Head Pastry Chef.· Produces gelato according to the daily production schedule· Follows recipes and production protocols explicitly, carefully weighing and measuring all ingredients as specified to the gram· Ensures product meets quality standards established by the Head Pastry Chef and Executive Chef· Maintains a sanitary workstation in compliance with Department of Health standards· Performs other duties as required or assigned
