The selected candidate will provide overall direction for the companys region (Stanley ND, Williston ND, Glasgow MT and Scobey MT) in ways that assure its on-going stability and growth. This candidate will effectively manage and develop both store and department leaders and to ensure they are effective at doing the same with all other region employees in ways that contribute to both high performance and satisfaction.Applicants must be and possess:
