Senior Director, Program Management, Clean Energy

This role will oversee a multi-billion-dollar program with high strategic value, execution complexity, and public visibility. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure delivery excellence across the program lifecycle.This is a rare opportunity to shape and deliver one of the most significant clean energy programs in North America. The role involves deep collaboration with public utilities, Indigenous communities, and other stakeholders to drive integrated planning, risk management, and innovation.Whilst the nature of program management requires an element of flexibility on location, your initial role will involve leading on a key strategic clean energy program based in Quebec, Canada.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a large-scale, multi-phase, complex infrastructure program with significant strategic importance.Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for program delivery.Champion ethical, inclusive, and safe working practices.Drive innovation in program management methodologies and digital delivery.Build and lead a high-performing integrated delivery team.Identify and mitigate high-risk areas to ensure program success.Develop and implement long-term strategies and workforce planning.Ensure financial performance and value-for-money outcomes.Support talent development, succession planning, and capability building.
