Fortune Brands Innovations is looking for a creative, product-focused marketing professional to support our commercialization efforts for our Doors business. As Commercialization Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product development and launch, serving as the product marketing lead. You will be responsible for the successful marketing launch of new products or services into the market, ensuring alignment with company objectives, market demands, and consumer needs.Location: This position is eligible for hybrid work reporting to our headquarters in Maumee, OH, or North Olmsted, OH at least 3 days per week (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday).What you will be doing:Act as the product marketing lead by working cross-functionally with Category Management, Channel Marketing, and Brand Development to create compelling marketing strategies for new products.Create and document marketing communications plans for product launches and programs, identifying the product positioning, key reasons to believe, messaging and visual strategies, tactics, and budget required to successfully launch to the market.Execute the timely delivery of all content and tactics identified in marketing communications plan, ensuring alignment with the brand identity, product positioning, business priorities, and strategic initiatives.Work with Project Management to build out key deliverables and timelines associated with Commercialization owned activities, providing regular updates in team meetings, and elevating any risks to delivering plan.Provide direction to internal and external creative agencies for creation of visual, print, and digital content. Bridge the gap between engineering and creative to provide any 3D files needed for renderings. Support Tradeshow team by identifying priority products to display at national shows and provide supporting product content such as messaging, imagery, videos, and training content.Assist in budget forecasting and management to optimize marketing investment and deliver on forecast expectations and business goals.Communicate commercialization metrics and updates to cross-functional team members as appropriate, including Product Stage Gate updates and other regular updates.
