Structures Technician Systems Assembly

Performs complex production assembly tasks involving structural components, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems, equipment, and accessories using both manual and automated tools.Install a wide range of parts and assemblies, including landing gear, aircraft control surfaces, exterior panels, carpets, insulation blankets, roller trays/ball mats, stowbins, sidewalls, ceiling panels, lavatories, galleys, doors, and seating systems.Install components of various aircraft systems, such as tubing, valves, regulators, actuators, compressors, and ducting.Utilize hand tools and diagnostic instruments, including screwdrivers, ratchets, powered screwdrivers, multimeters, and continuity testers.
