Industry leading crude transport outfit is seeking a qualified shop manager to oversee Stanley, ND shop. If you are looking for an opportunity with a reputable company with long term contracts, THIS IS THE JOB FOR YOU! Shop manager will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations of shop. Responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance, evaluating and managing mechanics, and inventory/budgeting.
WE REQUIRE:
Good oral and written communication skills.
Use computers and other office equipment
Ensures maintenance shop is adequately staffed and mechanics are properly trained.
Track costs to ensure shop is operating effectively and meeting financial goals.
Ensures safe and reliable equipment is available to meet operational requirements.
Requires minimum 3 years relevant work experience and preference given to applicant with a CDL
