We are seeking a permanent, full time employee to fill the Administration and Logistics Coordinator role. The successful candidate needs to be capable of working independently, well organized, flexible, and will add value to our company with their skill set, experience and overall capabilities. The position is located at our Jamestown, ND location.

Hours of work: 8:00 to 5:00pm Monday - Friday

Baseline Skills/Qualifications:

A post-secondary education is not necessarily required to fill the role, but it is preferred. Some relevant education qualifications include (but are not limited to) the following:

Operations management diploma

Administration training

Logistics training

Business administration diploma

Bachelors Degree

The successful candidate must demonstrate aptitude in these areas.

Organization (very important) and attention to detail;

Communication (oral and written);

Data entry and data management with Microsoft Office (primarily Excel) “ Intermediate skill level is required;

Supply chain management;

Schedule Management

Internal department Coordination

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Logistics coordination (truck, and sea freight) and documentation for all domestic, American and international shipments;

Tracking and reporting of all ongoing orders using the tracking tools provided;

Developing and fostering good relationships with builders/customer, freight carriers, etc.;

Working closely with the Accounts Receivable/Payable personnel.

General Administrative duties

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year or open

Experience: 1 year or more of Administrative and Logistics experience preferred.
