ResponsibilitiesCHI Minot Medical Plaza is looking for a Full Time Lead Receptionist to join the clinic team!Under direct supervision, the office lead will provide administrative and clerical support for clinic operations; coordinate clinic functions and special projects, learning all aspects of clinic operations.What You'll Do:

Assist in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues.

Manage day to day operations of clinic functions.

Efficiently direct patient flow throughout the clinic.

Coordinate general front office activities including but not limited to; registration, TOS collections, verification of benefits, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations, and other related duties.

Assist the manager to ensure appropriate staffing coverage at all times.

Assist the manager with new hire or reoccurring training processes.

Assist the manager to facilitate training of new hires and training initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of their role.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

1 year of healthcare experience preferred.

Knowledge of insurance authorization/billing requirements.

Knowledge of clinic procedures and regulatory requirements.

Pay Range$17.1 - $22.87 /hourWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
