Lakota High School is hiring a K-12 Music Instructor for the 2024-25 school year.Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate MusicTeacher to join our rural school district. As a teacher in our district, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the education and lives of students in our close-knit community. Your role will involve creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment, implementing curriculum, and fostering the fine arts in Lakota schools

Responsibilities:

Implementing an Elementary Music Program

Implementing a high school music programs

Working to enhance the instrumental music programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education or a related field

Valid teaching certification/license in the relevant grade level and subject area or ability to acquire valid licensure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, colleagues, and community members.

Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
