CNC Machine Operator

We’re seeking skilled Machine Operator to join a high-performance team. In this role, you will set up and operate a variety of machine tools to manufacture precision parts and assemblies to exacting tolerances, supporting aerospace and mechanical systems.Set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools to produce parts to engineering specificationsInterpret blueprints, sketches, and technical documentationDetermine tooling, sequence of operations, feeds, and speedsUse machinist hand tools and precision measuring instrumentsPerform standard shop math and layout techniquesFit and assemble mechanical componentsPerform minor machine maintenance (e.g., filter changes, coolant level checks)Deburr, drill, bore, hone, grind, and fasten components as neededOperate multiple machines concurrently when requiredMove product across the manufacturing floor and complete system transactionsMonitor and verify quality in accordance with process control proceduresSupport continuous improvement by assisting and training coworkersTrain toward and achieve MVP (Manufacturing Versatility Program) qualificationPerform additional duties as assigned by leadership
