HVAC / Facilities Technician

This role will be on first shift and will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of all air conditioning and ventilation systems. This role will also be responsible for assigned facility maintenance and repairs.Support company sites in HVAC, commercial, industrial and electrical systems.Develop and update the PM programs for HVAC, commercial, industrial, and electrical systems.Update CMMS (Fiix) with PM schedules, PM programs, Work Orders, and Parts.Responsible for all maintenance projects, PM’s and breakdowns of HVAC and facility electrical systems.Will take the lead on the morning maintenance meetings before and after the assigned shift.Prepare and provide the daily downtime cause code report.Coordinate work with internal and external employees, vendors, and contractors.Adherence to all regulatory and company safety rules, procedures, and policies; including PPE requirements. Required to follow all LO/TO procedures.Support site processes in mechanical, electrical and control systems.Requires working a flexible work schedule on short notice, as needed.Perform special projects and other duties as required.
