You will lead a team of primarily intermediate to experienced Quality Assurance professionals, set objectives and guides the team on the achievement of short-term Quality Assurance goals. You will manages the implementation of Quality Assurance plans and procedures. This role may be eligible for relocation.What You Will Do:
Manages plans, guidelines, policies and processes, to ensure the achievement of quality targets.
Manages implementation of organization projects and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving.
Manages quality improvement processes to ensure on-going reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and escapes.
Manages the collection and analysis of quality information from multiple sources for use in developing long-term quality strategy and programs.
Manages production process analyses, ensuring quality standards are met and making recommendations for quality improvement.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
