Job Description
- Ensure the product quality performance within determined responsibility scope through investigating and prioritizing market product quality issues in order to achieve committed quality and warranty targets.
- Search, detect and quantify actively & retentively customer quality issues at an early stage.
- Decide, among all the issues experienced by the customer, what are the emerging issues that must be pre-investigated.
- Check effectiveness of implemented Quality solving solutions mainly in post warranty periods.
- Be an expert to extract data from databases and to develop specialized statistical methodologies.
- Define and use valid advanced statistical principles to analyze customer problems and factors driving them.
- Develop and implement advanced methodologies to forecast product quality and reliability (exWeibull).
- Support quality activities in the solving processes and Strategic Objectives when applicable.
- Analytical and statistical skills: Recognizing patterns in data, information, or events, drawing logical conclusions and making recommendations on the most suitable models and statistical approaches.
Qualifications
- Technical / university education or background.
- Analytical and statistical skills: Recognizing patterns in data, information, or events, drawing logical conclusions and making recommendations on the most suitable models and statistical approaches.
- Team player with good networking skills.
- Quality solving experience through analytics; FMEA; 8D process, Weibull; 5 WHY.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Customer focus.
- Analytical abilities.
