In this role, you will work with supervisors and SMEs to develop training, and documentation to support standardization efforts. Identify opportunities to improve training. Help supervisors maintain and Audit training records. Ensure ISO and Ideal/customer standards are being followed. Help cultivate the greatest team of employees to be the world leader in mission critical solutions. JobResponsibilities
Lead
and develop effective training process for new employees and on-going training for existing
employees.
Facilitate the growth and development of team through training and/or
guidance.
Ensure compliance to ISO 9001
requirements.
Collaborate with leaders to develop and deliver training programs.
Initiate, lead, and implement continuous improvement activities to achieve profitability and improve quality.
Any other additional duties needed to help drive our Vision and fulfill our Mission.
