Are you an energetic, innovative people-person who is well versed (1-2 years) in human resources, especially with building relationships, onboarding, and retention.

Youll join our growing HR team and will be responsible for a variety of aspects of human resources, including coordinating with our recruiting department, leading onboarding, providing compassionate and empathetic support of employees, and assisting the HR and Safety team in a multitude of areas, including pay contracts, benefits, and retention. If you enjoy building relationships, and a fast-paced environment - this is the job for you! You will work with upper management and become the company go-to resource when it comes to new and existing team members. You have a deep sense of compassion and understanding for discretion and communication around managing leaves of absence.SandS Transport:
