Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth workflow
Manage front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
Implement hotel policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest experience
Maintain budget and financial records, ensuring profitability
Address guest complaints and ensure excellent service delivery
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hotel needs
Monitor staffing levels and assist with training and development of hotel staff
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar hospitality management role
Bilingual: Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with hotel management software and booking systems
Must pass a drug test as part of the hiring process
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Compensation:
Hourly rate based on experience
